Pricing: Prices, terms and conditions may change without notice.

Freight: All orders are F.O.B. our warehouse unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or common carrier.

Terms: Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment via check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. C.O.D. is available for an additional charge.

Return Policy: Unused parts, in their original, undamaged packaging, will be accepted for full credit minus a 20% restocking fee. Any freight charges incurred will be the

responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty:
Jocam’s will, at its option, replace or repair any part we manufactured found to be defective in material
and or workmanship one year from the original purchase date. Warranty will not apply to damage resulting from abuse, accident, neglect, or as a result of failure to follow installation instructions or as a result of improper application. Any freight charges incurred during warranty administration with be the purchaser’s responsibility. Any original manufacturer warranties will be administered according to O.E.M. polices. No other warranties, guarantees, or liabilities, either implied or expressed will be the responsibility of Jocam’s.
